The Harvest Smile Plan is a membership-based discount plan and is separate from dental insurance. Patients will receive savings as they sign up, and those savings will last a year until the plan renews.
The Harvest Smile Plan has no waiting periods, no annual maximums, and no claims to file on either end.
Employers can choose how much they want to contribute. Some pay the full $99 for the year to offer the Harvest Smile Plan as a benefit, while others split the cost with employees.
